    AllWell Beauty ships to all consumers in the United States. If you are outside of the US, send us a note about delivery options by emailing us at

    For all orders over $75.00, AllWell BeautyTM ships for free to all consumers in the contiguous United States using either UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS) at our option.

    For all orders under $75.00, AllWell Beauty™ will ship for a flat rate of $6.99 to all consumers in the contiguous United States using either UPS or USPS at our option.

    If the ship address is outside of the continental US (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other US Territories), the order will be shipped via USPS at the cost calculated for USPS by Shopify.

    If the ship address is in the District of Columbia, is a P.O. Box, DPO, APO, or FPO, the order will be shipped under the same terms as shipments in the contiguous United States.

    Orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days of the order being placed and tracking information is sent automatically to your contact info provided. Your order will usually arrive within 5 business days from date of shipment. Exact shipping time may vary. 

    AllWell Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    We are always sorry to hear that our products don’t work out for a customer. We offer a refund for online orders within 30 days of delivery. Products must have been purchased through our online store, be in new or gently used condition, and be in their original packaging.

    Please keep in mind: We do not refund original shipping charges (if any) and we do subtract return shipping from the refund amount (unless the customer pays the return shipping in advance). All gift cards and trial products are final sale.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
